People spend hundreds of dollars on premium supplements and expensive multivitamins. It used to be we humans got our nutrients from the food we ate, not pills and sugary drinks. Found in cauliflower, salmon, almonds, egg yolks, avocado and walnuts. This is the best vitamin for dry, dull and aging skin. These foods help keep skin clear, smooth and flawless thanks to the fatty acids in them.
5. Vitamin K
Found in meat, brussels sprouts and eggs. Wake up your skin with this amazing vitamin. It smooths wrinkles, decreases dark spots and can reduce under eye puffiness.
6. Vitamin F
Found in grapeseed oil, walnuts, salmon and olive oil. Have scarring from acne? Increase your vitamin F intake! It helps replenish skin’s youthful glow and prevents future breakouts.
7. Vitamin E
