Guilt Free Beet and Chia Bread

Modern bread from the store is filled with terrible ingredients. Bread doesn't need to be loaded with sugar, dyes and preservatives to taste delicious! I love experimenting with new ways to make bread that don't use wheat flour and don't contain dangerous, hormone damaging sugar or high-fructose corn syrup.  This tasty, fun colored, free-form loaf of bread is made with raw beats. It's perfect for lunch, slathered with butter, dunked in soup, or spread with coconut butter and stevia chocolate syrup!

Why make bread with beets? They are loaded with health benefits like:

  • Nutrient dense and low calorie
  • Help fight inflammation
  • Help you lose weight
  • Help fight cancer
  • Boost your brain
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Keep you regular

Maybe my favorite benefit of all is that beets contain a group of phytonutrients called Betalains that support your body's detoxification through and important phase 2 detox step in the liver!  But this bread's benefits don't stop there. Chia seeds have loads of benefits too, like:

  • Loaded with fiber and protein
  • Rich in Omega-3 fatty acids
  • Rich in calcium and B vitamins
  • Can help you lose weight
  • Promotes blood sugar and appitite control

There is another ingredient that I haven't mentioned yet: Flax Seeds! These have benefits including:

  • Loaded with nutrients
  • Rich in Omega-3 fatty acids
  • Loaded with fiber
  • Helps fight cancer
  • Helps you lose weight
  • Promotes blood sugar and appetite control

So, without further delay, here is the recipe you have been waiting for. My favorite Beet Bread:
